The Book of John
The Last Supper is over. Judas has left to betray Jesus, and Jesus begins to teach His disciples many things. He gives them a new commandment to love one another. He tells them about heaven, the coming Holy Spirit, and the vine and the branches. It’s the longest uninterrupted discourse from Jesus recorded in the book of John. Join us for this 6-week study from John chapters 13-15.

Jesus' Healing Grace (Part 2)
[Jesus responded] “And, ought not this woman, a daughter of Abraham whom Satan bound for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath day?” Luke 13:16
Our DEEPER course for this session will be a continuation from the Gospels concerning the subject of Healing. That Jesus came to “heal” as a part of His redemptive plan is clear from a study of His life on earth. Of the 28 “healing miracles” recorded in the 4 Gospels, “Seven” of them were performed on a Sabbath Day. It appears that Jesus took special interest in healing people on the Sabbath. But, WHY?
· Why were so many healed on a day when “work” was forbidden?
· Why was Jesus so strongly criticized for these healings?
· What does it mean that, “The Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath?”
· How can these examples of “Jesus’ Healing Grace” help us?
We will study each of these healing events, as well as the subject of “What about the Sabbath Day” in our course. These lessons will bring insight, inform you of the Biblical doctrine of “Healing Grace,” elevate your faith, and inspire you to minister healing to others.
